Location: "YAN" complex consists of two big 3-store villas with a swimming pool, all settled on a territory of 700 m². The complex has been finished in 2007 and is tastefully furnished. Its close location to the Bulgarian summer capital Varna (just 10 min. drive) and to the famous Golden Sands resort as well, its modern furniture, authentic architecture and incredible prices are only a small part of the reasons to choose „YAN” complex for your unforgettable holiday in Bulgaria. Villas: The two villas on the territory of the complex are able to respond to the needs of different numbers of guests. Each of them has 2 identical, independent and fully furnished threezonettes (3 store apartment) with 3 bedrooms.

Total capacity of every threezonette – 7+2 (7 regular + 2 extra beds)
Total capacity of every villa – 14+ 4 (14 regular + 4 extra beds).
Total capacity of the complex – 28+8 (28 regular + 8 extra beds)

Threezonette discription: Each of the threezonettes has total capacity of 7 normal and 2 extra beds in 3 bedrooms – 2 of them on the second floor and one big on the third floor. For the convenience of the guests there is an internet access on every floor of the threezonettes.

First floor: The standard furniture on the first floor (area of 60 m²) of the threezonettes is: a glass café table, 2 sofa-beds, extension table with chairs for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hood, electric cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, LCD 32″ TV set and over 80 channels cable TV. The indoor temperature is maintained by 2 air-conditioners. There is a lavatory and terracotta floor everywhere. Fire-precaution and safe-guard system are available for the whole building.

Second floor: There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor - each of them of 25-30 m² and 2 double beds, one bathroom with a bath and WC. Every bedroom has a big double bed with 2 bedside tables, ceramic night-lamps, wardrobe, air-conditioner, wide windows and big balcony (7 or 10 m²). The floor is covered by laminated parquet.

Third floor: The third floor is convenient for children – there are corridor, bathroom with a shower and one big bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 bedside tables. The total area of the bedroom is about 45 m². There are also individual air-conditioner, safe-guarded windows and laminated parquet on the floor.
